Rental Period Decor rentals are provided for one event (one-day use) unless otherwise agreed in advance.

A 50% deposit is required on the booking date to secure your event date. The remaining 50% is due on the delivery or installation day.

Delivery is available for rental orders starting from $800 CAD. For orders below $800 CAD, studio pickup only is available by prior arrangement.

Cancellations made 3 days prior to the event date are subject to a 50% charge of the total order value. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or on the event day require full payment of the order.

All decor items are designed for professional event use and are not intended as toys. The client is responsible for the decor from the time of delivery until removal.

We offer preferred pricing for extended rentals and large-scale event projects:

• 30% preferred rate applied to the second and each additional rental day for multi-day bookings.
• 10% preferred pricing on total rental orders exceeding $5,000 CAD.
• 20% preferred pricing on total rental orders exceeding $10,000 CAD.
