Freight shipping is not included in listed prices and is calculated separately after purchase based on final dimensions, crate size, weight, and delivery address.
Estimated starting freight:
Canada — from $100 CAD.
USA — from $150 CAD. calculated individually based on freight class and destination.
International clients are responsible for customs duties and brokerage fees. Freight charges are non-refundable.

If freight damage occurs, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the exterior packaging, interior packaging, and damaged area. All original packaging must be retained for freight inspection. We initiate a freight claim and assist in resolution, which may include repair, partial compensation, or replacement.

All pieces are custom, made-to-order productions. All sales are final. Once fabrication has commenced, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted. Minor adjustments may be accommodated prior to fabrication upon written request.
