Each scene is built with scale, proportion, and real-world production in mind. The goal is to present a concept that can realistically be executed — whether by your team or through Mia Prop House production.

You receive the first concept draft for review.

We adjust composition, elements, scale, or color if needed.

Terms & Integration

If Mia Prop House produces the decor, the design fee is integrated into the overall production budget.

If the project is executed by another team, the concept and planning service is billed as a standalone professional design fee.
