Some decor items listed on the website require a security deposit. This is indicated in the individual product description.
The security deposit serves as financial responsibility during the rental period in case of loss or damage. The deposit amount is based on the market value of the item and its depreciation.
If decor is returned in proper condition, the deposit is refunded in full.
If decor is lost or damaged, the deposit may be withheld fully or partially depending on the extent of the damage and associated repair or replacement costs.

If the decor is not reserved by another client for the requested dates, a rental extension may be arranged for an additional rental fee.
If the decor is already reserved for another project, Mia Prop House will offer available alternatives and request that the items be returned as originally scheduled.

Some decor pieces produced at the Mia Prop House studio are available for purchase. Purchase requests are reviewed individually.
Model availability, quantity, and production timelines are confirmed during the request process.

Yes. Additional decor can be produced at our in-house workshop.
Production requires advance notice. Production timelines typically start from one week, depending on model complexity and current workshop workload.

To reserve decor, please submit a request through the website by selecting the desired items, quantities, and your preferred rental date.
During the request process, please provide your contact details and delivery address, or indicate if pickup is preferred.
After receiving your request, a Mia Prop House representative will contact you to confirm availability, clarify project details, and provide payment instructions.
Once availability is confirmed, the selected decor is reserved for the full duration of your event.

Rental payment is confirmed once availability has been approved. Prepayment secures the booking for the selected rental dates.

There are two ways to receive decor:
1. Pickup
Pickup is available from our workshop in Richmond Hill by prior arrangement with a Mia Prop House representative.
Pickup is free of charge.
2. Delivery
Delivery is available on the event day or earlier, depending on project requirements. Timing is coordinated individually for each event.
Delivery, setup, and takedown fees are calculated based on:
— volume of decor rented
— event location
— scope of work -
Yes. Mia Prop House provides full setup and takedown services on the day of your event.
All setup work is scheduled in advance. Pricing is calculated individually based on decor volume, installation complexity, and event location.

If decor is damaged during the rental period, Mia Prop House will assess the item after return.
The security deposit will be refunded minus the cost of repair or replacement, if applicable.
Repair or replacement fees are determined individually based on the type and extent of the damage.

Yes. Mia Prop House creates custom decor based on client sketches, ideas, or reference images.

Yes. Through The Design Lab, Mia Prop House creates AI-powered event concept visuals and styled scene renderings.
These visuals are designed to:
— support client presentations and proposals
— help agencies present ideas before production
— validate concepts and visual direction
— assist with planning and design development -
Character cutouts are available for purchase only.
Pricing depends on size and quantity. As a reference, standard size cutouts starting from 120 cm / 47" in height begin at $180 CAD.
All cutouts are produced specifically for each project and feature original Mia Prop House design and styling. Custom characters and full themed collections can be created upon request to match the visual direction of the event.
